Delivery Information

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries.

Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service coverage, customs regulations, and international trade restrictions.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: $4.99

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after your order has been shipped.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local courier services, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Taxes and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Because our formalwear products are sold internationally, we cannot guarantee compliance with every country’s import requirements. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs authority before placing an order.

If you have special shipping requests, such as customs declaration instructions, please include them in the Order Notes section during checkout.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

Zyphorae INC complies with all applicable United States export control regulations, international trade laws, and economic sanctions.

Accordingly, we do not currently ship to the following countries or territories:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order that violates applicable laws, export regulations, trade restrictions, or sanctions. Orders placed for restricted destinations may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion.
